According to the official notification issued by the department, interested person can apply online from 25 September 2025. Through the Haryana Lado Lakshmi Yojana, the government aims to make women self-reliant by providing financial assistance of ₹2100 per month to women living below the poverty line (BPL). It is estimated that around 19 to 20 lakh women will benefit from this phase of the scheme.

The applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana and a woman belonging to the state. She should be at least 23 years old and not employed in any government service. Additionally, her family’s annual income must not exceed ₹1,40,000 to qualify for the benefits.
