• किसी व्यक्ति की जाति उसके पिता की जाति के आधार पर तय होती है, न कि उसके पति की जाति से।
• जाति प्रमाण पत्र हमेशा वैध रहता है।
• स्थायी आवास प्रमाण पत्र की वैधता हमेशा बनी रहती है, जबकि अस्थायी आवास प्रमाण पत्र केवल एक वर्ष तक मान्य होता है।
• आय प्रमाण पत्र की वैधता निर्गत तिथि से एक वर्ष तक होती है।
• सत्यापन के बाद अभ्यर्थियों को उनके मूल प्रमाण पत्र लौटा दिए जाएंगे।
• अभ्यर्थी द्वारा अंडरटेकिंग देने पर पुराने क्रीमीलेयर रहित प्रमाण पत्र के आधार पर नया प्रमाण पत्र जारी किया जा सकता है।
• क्रीमीलेयर रहित प्रमाण पत्र बार-बार बनवाने की जरूरत नहीं होती। राज्याधीन सेवाओं के लिए पुराने प्रमाण पत्र के साथ अंडरटेकिंग देकर आवेदन किया जा सकता है।

• Visit the Website: Go to serviceonline.bihar.gov.in.
• Register (For New Users): If you are a new user, create a Login ID and Password by selecting “Register Yourself.”
• Login & Select Service: Log in to the website and choose the required service from the Left Menu under the relevant department.
• Fill the Application Form: Click on “Apply for Service,” carefully fill out the form, upload your photo via Webcam or File Browser, make necessary corrections, and click [Save Draft].
• Identity Verification:
  • If Aadhaar is required, verify via OTP sent to your registered mobile number, OR
  • Upload any one of the 12 identity documents approved by the Election Commission of India.
• Attach Required Documents: Upload necessary annexures if required for the selected service.
• Review & Submit: Read the application form and annexure list carefully, make corrections if needed, and submit the application.
• Download Acknowledgement: After submission, download or print your Acknowledgement Receipt.
• Download Certificate: Once the certificate is issued, it will be available in your inbox. Log in to the website to download and print it.

• Visit the Official Website: Open serviceonline.bihar.gov.in.
• Go to Download Certificate Section: On the Home Page, find the “Citizen Section” on the right side and click on “Download Certificate.”
• Redirect to Download Page: You will be taken to the certificate download page of RTPS.
• Select Service Type: Choose RTPS/Others from the dropdown menu.
• Enter Required Details:
  • Enter your Application Reference Number (e.g., BICCO/2021/0000).
  • Enter the Applicant’s Name (in English).
• Download Certificate: Click on the “Download Certificate” button to get your certificate from RTPS servers (Server 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.).
• Important Note: You can download your certificate only after 24 hours of application processing.

• Visit the Official Website: Open serviceonline.bihar.gov.in.
• Go to Application Tracking: On the Home Page, go to the Citizen Section on the right side and click on “Track Application Status.”
• Access the Tracking Page: You will be redirected to the application status tracking page.
• Choose Tracking Method: Select an option to track your application:
  • Using Application Reference Number OR
  • Through OTP/Application Details
• Enter Required Details:
  • Enter your Application Reference Number in the given field.
  • Choose to track via Application Submission Date or Application Delivery Date.
• Verify CAPTCHA: Enter the word verification code displayed on the page correctly.
• Check Status: Click on the Submit button to view your application status from RTPS servers (Server 1, 2, 3, etc.).
